Brabham BT23

This car, a BT23C uses the 1.6-litre Cosworth FVA (it is basically half of a DFV Formula One engine) and it drives through a Hewland FT200 gearbox. The car was raced by Robin Widdows in the 1967 Formula Two championship. The car was converted to Formula Three specification in the late 60's and was raced by Jody Scheckter in 1971 and won only once at Silverstone. The car was returned to Formula Two spec in the early 90's |
